How quickly can you come?
For home users usually within 1–3 working days, and the same day if it’s urgent. Business clients get the response time set out in their contract.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. We guarantee our work: if the same fault comes back within the guarantee period, we return free of charge.
Can I book at the weekend?
On Saturdays between 10:00 and 14:00, yes – and phone and remote support is available every day, Sunday included, from 7:00 to 23:00. For business clients we do out-of-hours work (such as migrations) by prior arrangement.
