Frequently asked questions
How long does a visit take?
Most home jobs take 1–3 hours. We estimate the time on the phone in advance.
Do you come on Sundays or in the evening?
Saturday daytime, yes; times outside working hours are arranged individually.
What if the computer has to be taken away?
We collect it, repair it in the Mobilszerviz workshop and bring it back.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No. You pay at the end of the job, by cash, card or bank transfer, and you get an invoice.
