Printers always seem to stop working exactly when you need them. We come out and set yours up so you can print straight from your phone.
Most printing problems are not in the printer but in the settings: the wrong driver, a changed WiFi password, a stuck print queue. These are fastest to fix on site, where we can see your whole home network.
If the printer really is broken, we’ll tell you honestly whether it is worth repairing or whether you are better off with a new one.

Will I be able to print from my phone?
With most modern WiFi printers, yes – from iPhone and Android alike. We set this up during the visit.
