Contact and booking form
Data processed: name, company name, phone number, email address, district or town, the service requested, the content of your message, and the time and IP address of submission.
Purpose: replying to your enquiry, arranging an appointment, providing a quote.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: if no order is placed, 1 year from your enquiry; if an order is placed, for the period required by accounting law.
Cookies
We use a session cookie that is necessary for the site to work and to handle the form securely; this does not require consent.
Statistics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are only loaded after you give explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page.
The site’s fonts are served from our own server, so no data is sent to third parties (such as Google Fonts) for this.
