Managed IT services and monthly IT support for small and medium businesses
Instead of hiring your own system administrator: a team that knows your business, your computers and your staff – and takes care of IT for a predictable monthly fee.
The point of managed IT is that we don’t chase problems – we prevent them. Monitoring flags the filling disk, the expiring licence or the failed backup before it costs you working time.
Behind the service is decades of system administration experience, plus ten years of Mobilszerviz logistics: repairs to company phones and laptops stay in the same hands too, with door-to-door collection.
Packages are based on the number of devices, on-site hours and guaranteed response time. The first step is a free assessment.

FAQ – Managed IT and support
What response time do you guarantee?
It depends on the package. The contract sets out how quickly we respond and how quickly we are on site.
Can you take over an existing setup from another provider?
Yes. During handover we document your environment, collect access details and give you a written summary of any gaps.
Is there a minimum contract term?
We agree the details together – the aim is for you to stay because of the quality, not because of the contract.
